Brief Description:  Parking brake-2

Scrubbed the previous P.brake mod and going with a mod comming from Mike Elliots site.
The biggest difference betwen his and mine will be that I will use the supplied bracket that I purchased for the RV10. The Valve will also not sit as low as his.

1. Flattened the3 dimples in the bulkhead from the original bracket.
2. Determined the position for the bracket making sure that I will be able to connect the lines on top and bottom. I also off set the bracket to the right of center because the valve will use 2 predrilled holes in the bracket that are slightly left of center.
3. Clamped in place and and match drilled the rivit holes using the predrilled holes in bracket for guide. Removed and deurred
4. Cut an insert for the cavity in the bracket so that the bulkhead wont deform in to the bracket when the bolts are tightened. Did a trial piece and bolted in place to check how well it works.
5. Drilled and rivited the insert to the bracket cavity. Since the bracket will be rivited in place, upon removing the bolts that will secure the valve to backet, I dont want the insert to move.
6. After dimpleing the rivit holes in the bulkhead (note: the bracket came with the rivit holes machine countersunk) I clecoed in position and drilled the two valve mounting holes to #10. Removed and deburred
7.Installed the bracket using rivits.
8. Temp instaled the valve with two 3-16A bolts. I decided to keep bolt head on the inside baggage area.

Points to note on my install :
1. Using the supplied bracket steps the vave away from the bukhead which should make it easy to instal the brake lines again.
2. The 3 rivit holes from original bracket are in a row along bottom edge and the center one comes real close to the drilled bolt hole. I though of making a doubler but that would interferar with the baggage floor flange. So I decided to leave it. I plan to drill in the flange of the baggage floor and run the bottom bolt thu it as well and that will act as a doubler anyway.
3. The bagage flor has a brace that is real clos
