1. Marked and cut with my dremel the relief required in HS tips to allow for the counter balance arms to freely swing through. Cuts made top and bottom on both sides.
2. measured and cut away enough material from bottom rear HS spar to allow enough room for the elevator horns to swing down to max 25 degrees.
This took longer than expected since the elevators had to be removed and reinstalled multiple times. Also, getting the right amount removed and cleaned up just took time.
