Brief Description:  Wheel pant work and LGF jig

With the epoxy/flox dried, I removed the wheel pants and reviewed the results. Most of the attach points came out great, although two areas did not and would need a re-do. I sanded and removed any extra mix that wasn't adding anything but weight, sanded the exterior areas where I filled in access holes, and countersunk the finished attach holes for the flush screws. I then prepped the re-do areas with a few more drilled holes, reinstalled the wheel pants, mixed up another batch of epoxy/flox, put it in the syringe, and applied it.

With the wheel pants in cure mode, I moved on to the Landing Gear Fairing alignment jig. This jig will enable me to align the fairings so that the trailing edge is straight along the centerline of the landing gear, which is essential that the fairing be as aerodynamically "clean" as possible and not induce any up or down drag.
