I determined the install location for the two flap relays, installed the nutplates, and cut the large wire pass-thru section out of the floor. I temporarily installed the cover plate to install the relays behind the cover on the floor. The flap relays are behind the cover plate and will not be visible but accessible, with the removal of the cover plate, if needed.
