I continue translating the wiring diagram into a mapping of where the wires go and what additional grounds, wires, and relays are needed. One concern is the lack of remaining space in the two spar wire pass-throughs, so I spent some time looking at various locations for putting the relays in front of the wing spars, which will save me from running wires back and forth from the back side of the spar where the relays are to the front side where the PIC stick is. I looked at placing the relays under the seat ramp, on the spar web, and on the side console supports. I also investigated other options, such as a relay board instead of individual relays. I will put the relays aft of the spar and run the wires as needed and will open another small wire pass-through if needed.
With that decision, I moved on to mapping the wiring because, at first glance, it appeared that the pilot stick wires all go to the pilot stick, but that is not the case, as some go to the appliance and then to the stick and some grounds are provided whereas others need to be added.
