I spent some time looking at the decals for panel labels. I am looking at the inkjet printed labels as well as the label-maker labels. I like the idea of being able to make the label exactly how I want it, print it off and then apply it, when I have it the right size and spacing. I can also print it in different colors. My darker interior and dark panel color is coming back to bite me a little bit - so I wanted to test some colors, sizes, and fonts. I printed some labels, sprayed the acrylic sealer on them and applied them. I then tested whether sealing the applied label was needed. I think it is.
I also talked to Bob about the proper application technique about half way thru the session tonight as he is ahead of me in this stage… good intel.
