Brief Description:  Close tolerance gear bolt intell from Bob

I spoke with Bob on the phone tonight about the best way to get the close tolerance bolts into position and in the hole with the bolt retainers in place. He had some good ideas, such as:

1. Practice with a standard size bolt to see if I need to cut down the bolt retainers so that they sit flush - will need to do this 4 times
2. Use the liquid Boelube on the bolt to aide in lubricating the hole
3. Use a hammer and an extension to drive the bolt into the hole
4. might need to punch the bolt back out slightly and rotate it, as it will tend to turn when driving in

You can see the idea in the second picture - the untouched retainers are somewhat in the position they will be in. With the bolt going thru them, they will not allow the bolt head to turn and I will be able to torque the landing gear nuts from the bottom/outside of the aircraft. This will be MUCH easier than trying to get the torque wrench inside the gear tower where the nut would normally be. The gear tower will also have more wiring running through it when the airplane is complete and flying.

Time for some short term pain...
