Brief Description: Fuel Lines

Step 1: Cut two 45 1/4 fuel lines from ATO_035x3/8 tubing. Step 2: ASlid on fittings and flared one end of each line. Step 3: Bent tubing by hand to get dimension as shown in figure 2, 37-3. Steps 4 & 5: Made necessary bends in tubing to fit in tunnel and for exiting through the F 1004K-L Center Section. Step 6: Positioned tubing in tunnel and fed other end out to center section. Placed grommits and adel clamps in place as tubing was installed. Step 7: Installed adel clamps, grommits and F 1084B Systems bracket Clips to the systems brackets. Step 8: Bent fuel lines 90 degrees back about 2 1/2" outboard of fuselage.
