Made another end block, the first one was not tall enough to fill the end of the tab cavity without causing excessive distortion when the two AN3 bolts were snugged. Marked and drilled the two holes for the bolts on the trim tab and through the block. Marked a rivet line along the top of the tab for the cherry max rivets. Marked it for 10 rivets vs 9 as shown in the plans. Gives them 1.85" of spacing. Cut and fitted the extruded hinge and slid it under the tab leading edge for match drilling everything that will be riveted. Drilled the 10 holes through everything using a 1/8" bit. It came out pretty nice. Deburred all the holes and peeled the plastic from the edges. Discovered the cherry max rivets I sourced per plans are 1/64th oversized and need a #27 drill bit for drilling the correct hole. Ordered some bits from Brown. One of the AN3 stainless bolts galled when removing it. Had to cut the shank with the dremel to get it out.
