Bought more steel and made a brake shore with 1/8" radius per plans this time. Layed out the tab with ultra fine sharpie and left 1/4" extra material around all edges. Deburred and filed edges smooth. The bend went about the same as last time but the extra material I left saved the piece even with the upper/lower mismatch. I was able to trim the part to match the correct dimensions. Yay! Cut a spacer for the inboard section.
