Drilled pilot holes with a #40. Opened them up with a #19 for final sizing. Using the handy dandy nutplate jig I drilled all the nutplates in both elevators. Deburred the holes and installed nuplates (8-32 floating) 7 per each elevator with cherry CCC-32 pop rivets. They came out very nicely. It was very satisfying to see this after finishing.
