The right hand side inlet did not match the position of the inlet in the cowling. I cut a piece off from the plenum and sculptured a piece of styrofoam to get the shape I wanted. Once the shape matched, I draped it in packaging tape, and layed a number of epoxy/fiberglass over it. Once cured, I removed the piece from the plenum, and removed the styrofoam piece from the new molded inlet. Some trimming and aligning withthe cowl and then I bonded the new plenum inlet to the main plenum.
