Brief Description:  Drilled Top Cowling to Side Braces

I used the Mouse sander to smooth the front edges of both cowls for a better fit. I also found a second piece of scrap to use to cleco the front of both cowls together by the spinner.
I used aluminum tape to pull the cowlings together. I double-checked the positioning of the cowlings and drilled pilot holes thru the top cowling and the supports. The pilot holes were spaced at four inches across the top and 3 1/2'' for the bottom three holes on each side. The side supports were removed and the top cowl was marked for trimming along the side. The aft edge of the bottom cowl was also marked for trimming. The top cowl was removed and one side was trimmed with the multifunction cutter.
I used a side-cutting drill in the Dremel to cut out the carb heat cover hole in the air filter.
