Brief Description:  Drilled Canopy Cover Strip/Deburred Holes

I peeled back more plastic along the edges. I polished the edges of the canopy sides with the scraper and the #220 & #400 grit sandpaper. I deburred the holes in the canopy with the zero-flute countersink. Deburred the holes in the frame and found that I did not hit the centerline of the tube on some holes. I drew a centerline on the cover strip and drilled one hole. I clecoed the cover strip to the canopy and clamped it to the aft canopy end. I used a block of wood to back the drill and drilled the cover strip to the canopy. All holes were deburred. I took the masking tape off the frame. I placed the canopy back on the frame and clecoed it in place.
