Brief Description: Modified Canopy Frame for Meske Tip-Up Mod
I measured the lengths of the two front canopy frame bows that need to be trimmed for the tip-up mod. Masking tape was wrapped around each bow and, using the cutoff wheel in the Dremel, I cut off the ends. The ends were cleaned up, but I had trouble inserting the weldments into the bows because of interference caused by the welding of the side bows to the front bow. I used files to clean up the inside and then wiped down the insides of the bows with linseed oil on a rag.
