I drilled the canopy top rail to the fuselage. I back-drilled reference points in the bottom of the rail and then used the drill press to drill the holes up to #27 size for #6 screws. I drilled the holes in the fuselage to #27. I countersunk the holes in the top of rail and installed the rail to the fuselage with the screws, washers and nuts.
