I found the gasket, washers, and nuts for attaching the carburetor. I rerouted the ground cable from the firewall and found that it came very close to the fuel pressure line going to the transducer. I applied Adel clamps to the ground cable and the fuel pressure line and tied them together, so there would be no rubbing together. I smoothed off the edges of the C-606 steel stand-off, which will be used to attach the starter cable to the engine on the right side. I looked at the fuel line from the gascolater to the fuel pump again. It looks like I can rotate the fitting on the fuel pump downward and, if I put in a 90 degree fitting on the gascolator, I can use the fuel line from Van's.
