Brief Description: Connected Mixture Cable to Carburetor
I connected the mixture cable to the carburetor lever. I found that the mixture cable could not be tightened to the carb lever without relieving the pressure of the firewall pass-through. I disassembled the pass-through and then tightened the cable to the carb lever. I then loosely tightened the two nuts on the carb bracket and moved the mixture cable, testing the movement of the cable and the carb lever. The lever is moved to the full closed position with the mixture control, so the two nuts were tightened to the carb bracket with the lock washers in place. The pass-through was then reassembled and tightened. The mixture cable is now complete.
