I laid out all of the baffling pieces from Van's kit. I installed the two pieces on each side of the engine. Areas of the baffling around the cylinder heads had to be filed out in order to lie flat. I modified the areas on the Scotchbrite wheel and then the die grinder. I did the same thing with the bolt reinforcements and then the side pieces were bolted to the case.
