Brief Description: Replaced Smoke System Filter/Cowl Attach Strips
I received the new screen filter for the smoke system. It included a few dabs of ProSeal in plastic bags. I had already disassembled the filter and removed the gold filter. I mixed the ProSeal and initially placed the filter in the top of the assembly, but reread the instructions and noticed that the screen needed to be installed at the bottom, not the top of the assembly. I added some more ProSeal and pushed the screen to the bottom.
I cut off another 23" length of .063" material for the top side cowl. My plan is to use the two 22/23" lengths across the top for the cowling. I clecoed the instrument top skin in place.
