The bolt in the left flap control rod and actuator was turned around so that the bolt head is on the outside, per the plans. I was able to do this because the fuselage hole was large enough to insert the bolt from the outside. The nut and washer were then installed on the bolt and torqued. The bolt on the right side could not be turned around, so the nut and washer were installed and torqued that way.
