Brief Description: Enlarged Lightening Holes/Torque Seal
While moving the control sticks left and right, I found that the rivets at the head of the inboard end of the push-pull tubes were rubbing against the seat ribs' lightening holes. The cutting bit in the Dremel was used to enlarge the hole so that the rivets would not rub. The areas were cleaned up with the die grinder.
Gary Kohler helped me tighten the jam nuts on the push-pull tubes.
Torque seal was applied to jam nuts.
The roll servo control rod was placed on the bolt thru the control stick and the movement was checked for obstructions.
