The left wing tip was warped along the aft half. After discussing this with Jeff Paden and Walt Halloran, I decided to split the tip along the side and then pull the tip down and reglass the inside of the wing tip. After trimming the aft end of the tip, the Dremel was used to split the side of the tip to a point about halfway down the side.
