Brief Description: Drilled and Upsized Fuselage Overhang Holes
The screw holes in the lower wing and fuselage overhang were back-drilled from above. A 12'' #40 bit was used, along with a mirror to ensure that the bit went into the proper place on the wing rib and in between flutes. The holes were clecoed and then, using a xxx, the holes were enlarged to #40 and then #19 holes for the #8 screws.
