Brief Description:  Leveled the Aircraft and Checked Wing Sweep

With Jeff and Walt's help, the aircraft was leveled. We raised the tail by placing a saw horse under it. The left wing was too high, so Jeff let air out of the left tire. These adjustments leveled the aircraft fore and aft and left and right.

We attempted to check the sweep of the wings. String and a plumb bob was hung off the leading edge of both wings. Tape was laid on the floor and the tape was marked where the plumb bob touched. Lines were drawn on the floor under the fuselage from the nose to tail. Perpendicular lines from the leading edges were drawn intercepting the fuselage line, attempting to determine the sweep of the wings. We determined that both wings were swept forward, but not equally.
