Wiped down all rib flanges, left baffle and left tank skin with MEK. Practiced the placement of the baffle into position. Placed tape on inside of tank skin just above the baffle flange on top and bottom skins. Mixed 70 grams of Proseal and applied to fuel vent line fitting inside tank and filled some small voids inside tank. Spread Proseal on rib flanges and tank skin. Added extra Proseal in each corner of tank. Positioned baffle and clecoed to tank.
Because the outboard corner on right tank had a large gap in the Proseal, I dug it out to allow the placement of more Proseal into the entire corner and hopefully ensure a good seal.
