Brief Description: Left Tank-Riveted Outboard End Rib
Applied Proseal to left ribs 1 & 4 flanges/skin and rib/skin joints. Wiped down left tank skin and outboard end rib with MEK. Clamped rib in vise. Placed Proseal on skin's rib line and rib's flanges. Wiped off tails of rivets prior to riveting. Riveted rib using pneumatic squeezer. Did not apply appropriate pressure to about 15 rivets and heads were sitting up off tank skin. Drilled them out and reriveted. Wiped off excess Proseal on outside tank surfaces with MEK. Cleaned off all clecoes. Made about 60 grams of Proseal.
