Screwed control rod out of both aileron & bellcrank bearings. This put aileron movement back to 30° up & 17° down. Estimated movement of wing leveler attach point on bellcrank to be 1.75". Removed control arm of wing leveler & moved screw for attachlng control rod to 2nd closest hole of control arm. This should meet NavAid's installation recommendation.
