Positioned W-427 rib into position against ribs 9 & 10 & top skin. Clamped 427 rib into position & drilled rib to top skin, then to ribs. Took off bottom inboard skin. Backdrilled top outboard skin to inboard skin just outboard of rib 8. Removed half of clecoes on top inboard skin in order to pull skin back. Drilled outboard skin to rib 8. Clecoed inboard skin to ribs/spars. Backdrilled rib 8 to top outboard skin to inboard skin. Deburred inside of bottom outboard skin. Removed plastic along rivet lines of bottom outboard skin. Deburred outside skin.
