Dave Ross made required mod to inboard end of flap brace. Roughly positioned flap and aileron on rear spar.
Dave found that the outboard bracket of inboard aileron bracket had five holes drilled, but rear spar & bracket had four holes drilled. This was done per a drawing, but the interweaving did not leave any room to spare for hole clearance. The holes were between the other set of holes. Dave made a new bracket & drilled out bracket. Dave used bracket 1" long, instead of 3/4". This will give a better clearance for riveting the W-413 to the rear spar.
