Drilled 6 holes at end of each W-616 pushrod w/VA-111 threaded rod end inserted. Used drill press & 3/32" bit for pilot holes, then used #30 bit. Had a very difficult time getting one VA-111 out. Inserted rod end bearing M3614M & used screwdriver to try to pull VA-111 out. Bent bearing & had to order replacement. Deburred all holes.
