Clecoed bottom outboard skin onto wing. Positioned flap brace, along w/flap, on rear spar. Clamped flap hinge & brace onto bottom skin. Found flap to be .015" higher than aileron. Correction will be to move flap brace down relative to skin so that flap is moved closer in line w/aileron. Can then either leave skin alone or remove excess skin.
