Countersunk holes in each bracket that will be on top of each set. Located positioning of screw holes in each bracket. Drilled #19 holes in rib & all brackets for screws. Used #8 nutplate jig & drilled #41 holes for nutplates w/each bracket. Made cardboard copy of locations of holes to match pilot holes in servo brackets. 3 of the 4 holes have to be moved slightly.
