Brief Description: Doublers-LW Spar
|
|
Countersunk #40 holes in top & bottom of spar for all doublers. Used electric drill for countersinking. Cleaned & primed all doublers, as well as the inside of both wing access panels.
Used pneumatic squeezer to rivet doublers to top of spar between ribs 4/5, 5/6, 6/7, 7/8, & 8/9 and to bottom of spar between ribs 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 4/5, 5/6, 6/7, 7/8, & 8/9.
Countersunk #21 holes in top & bottom of spar for all holes along fuel tank screw lines.
Clamped both top skins to skeleton to check fit.
