Decided to add doublers behind spar flanges, because of poor countersinking method. Cut five .025 strips in proper lengths for bottom of spar. Smoothed edges on Scotchbrite wheel. Clamped strips into place. Drilled 3/32" holes. Used countersink bit & battery drill to clean up countersunk holes. Used battery drill because of slower speed. Worked w/Dave.
