Placed boards between straps & bottom of LE skin. Tightened straps. Drilled bottom of LE skin to ribs & spar, starting w/top center & working down & out to spar. Took most of straps off & almost all of clecoes out. Bent W-423 piece into proper shape & placed it betw/rib 9 & skin. Clecoed skin to ribs & spar. Drilled skin to 423 to rib.
