Drilled right FL-606A to flap spar. Took spar off of flap and drilled rib attach holes thru FL-606A using #41 bit. Reassembled spar and flap braces and drilled all FL-606A holes up to size and thru tip rib. Dimpled FL-602 bottom flap skin along spar line w/hand squeezer. Countersunk bottom spar flange holes. Drilled flap hinge to spar and skin prior to dimpling. Drew helped drill and cleco holes. Deburred all holes. Cut off hinge end to 55 1/2" long, both hinges. Filed edges smooth.
