Dimpled flap skins @ Dave's w/C-dimpler. Drilled holes in leading edge ribs 5/8" diameter to accomodate plastic tubing for wiring. Drilled 2 holes in each rib except for only 1 hole in rib #14. Ran tubing thru all holes. Dimpled rest of holes in ribs w/vise grips and dimple dies. Positioned root rib to spar and skin. Bent flanges of root rib to watch alignment w/spar and skins. Drilled rib to spar with pilot hole #41 bit. Welded a short tube to a stem to make up drain tube for AOA drain.
