Cut 2 more .063 brackets and trimmed corners off of each. Cleaned edges on Scotchbrite wheel. Positioned brackets on right wing rib. Drilled 7/64" pilot holes in brackets. Drilled #30 holes in .125 brackets to rib. Positioned cross-bracket onto .125" brackets and drilled #30 holes in both. Drilled .063" bracket to rib. Primed all right and left bellcrank brackets after using enamel cleaner. Located and drilled 1/8" pilot hole on one of .125" brackets for bolt location. Drilled 1/8" hole thru 1 1/2" block of wood. Clamped wood between 2 brackets and drilled thru 2nd bracket. Enlarged pilot hole to 1/4", drilled thru wood block and clamped block to brackets. Drilled thru 2nd pilot hole.
