Cleaned up edges in ribs W-412 with Scotchbrite wheel in die grinder. Drilled 3 #41 holes in each A-408 and deburred. Drilled right inboard aileron rib A-405 to spar, 3/4" apart per Frank VanDerHulst's suggestion. Deburred and dimpled holes. Marked 405's for position. Straightened some rib flanges.
