Positioned 5 angles onto left spar. Using hand squeezer, riveted all but the innermost angle with -4 rivets. Found that all -6 rivets had to be cut down. Cut down 10 -6 rivets to proper length. Used blocks of wood w/3/8" hole drilled in them to hold rivets while grinding rivets down and smoothing ends off.
Trimmed edge of -10L washer and rounded off one edge of -10A bolt. Placed bolt thru angle and tiedown bracket and tightened stop nut and 2 washers w/small socket wrench. Placed bolts and washers thru tie-down bracket and spar and tightened stop nuts.
Measured -6 rivets for trimming for right spar.
Brought ailerons, flaps, and fuel tank components home to work on.
