Finished trimming 604 rib flange using Scotchbrite wheel. Used lacquer thinner on spar, all stiffeners, elevator skin, trim tab skin, hinge bracket reinforcement plates, 606 rear spar and 607 trim tab spar. All other ribs had already been primed. Then used enamel cleaner on all pieces. Sprayed acid etch on all parts and exterior of trim tab and then washed it off with water. Primed all pieces.
