Dimpled holes in all stiffeners using pneumatic squeezer. Dimpled some holes in skin using squeezer, dimpled the rest on C-shaped arbor using hammer. Dimpled last hole in each row at trailing edge using nail & dimple set and pop-rivet tool.
Using handheld Scotchbrite wheel, trimmed edges of skin.
Fluted short and long tip ribs and bent flanges to be perpendicular. Trimmed E-604 short tip rib flange so it would clear flange on 602 spar.
