Using lacquer thinner, wiped off marker lines on spar and elevator horn used for alignment. Reprimed those areas using spray can.
Riveted elevator horn to spar and rib using pneumatic squeezer. Used rivet gun and bar to rivet 4 rivets in the corner.
Squeezed RTV into trailing edge of elevator at end of stiffeners. Aligned counterbalance skin onto tip ribs and drilled skin to ribs. Deburred all holes. Dimpled all holes on counterbalance skin.
