Put together hangar rack for paint rack. Smoothed all edges and corners of ribs and spar of right elevator. Cleaned up all pieces of right elevator w/lacquer thinner after using Scotchbrite pad on all pieces. Sprayed all piesces w/acid etch and then washed it off w/water. Using Scotchbrite wheel, cleaned edges of E-602PP spar and ribs of left elevator. Clecoed spar to left elevator skin and drilled holes w/#41 drill.
