Cut PVC pipe to length of the sections of the leading edge with some overhang on each ends. By grabbing the narrowest length of leading edge and bending it around the pipe, this section was bent. The center section was duct-taped to the pipe w/rudder in fug and attempted to bend this section. Did not work well, either in jig or on table. Found it probably best to bend the edge that will go on top first Later found this idea to be wrong. Made a template and then trimmed a piece out of .062 to fit between rudder horn brace and rib flange. Material might be a bit too thick. It ended up being very tight. Might be able to use solid rivets in the brace area using pneumatic squeezer.
