Dave planed the 2 boards we were using to squeeze the trailing edge of the rudder. Reattached the hinges and then squeezed the edge again. Almost there. Placed skeleton inside skin in jig and drilled both ribs to skin. Deburred all holes. Using pneumatic squeezer, dimpled all holes in skin and most of the holes in ribs. Drilled rudder attachment strips to rib, deburred and dimpled holes. Using drill press, drilled out 2" lightening hole in rudder horn brace. Clecoed skeleton to skin w/rudder attachment strips. Bottom rib R-404 is still too wide at its end. It forces the skin out around the rib.
