Borrowed inch-pound torque wrench from Dave Manning. Torqued 4 bolts on rear spar of horizontal stabilizer to 23 in-lbs per table in Sec. 4. Min 20-max 25.
Clamped ribs VS-404, 407 & 406 to rear spar and then drilled them to spar. Used scrap aluminum to simulate skin and clamped on flanges of each rib and spar for line-up purposes. Did not properly line up 407 rib prior to drilling and rib ended up 1/16" off-center. Realigned 407 rib on spar and drilled two additional holes.
