Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer

Used ScotchBrite wheel on HS-602 and all ribs. Laid out the trimming necessary on HS-610 & -614. Drilled 3/32" pilot holes on drill press. Did not drill holes at the 1 1/2" & 5 5/8" positions. Measured out 5 1/4" on HS-602 for trimming.
