Took kit to Dave Ross' garage. Cleaned elevator horns w/lacquer thinner and then lacquer and enamel cleaner (Dupont 3939S). Used Scotchbrite pad to clean off any rust. Primed the horns with Dupont Acrylic Primer (215S). Broke edges of rear spars (HS-603PP) & flange strips (HS-609PP). Rounded tips of flange strips.
